Agreement to these terms
By purchasing from or using DreamFoundry (operated by Stahlmann Enterprises LLC, doing business as Studio Low Five), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
What you're buying
DreamFoundry sells digital products — downloadable files delivered electronically after purchase. When you purchase From Prompt to Publish, you receive:
- A single downloadable HTML file that opens in any web browser
- Lifetime access to version 1.x updates, delivered to the email address used at purchase
- A personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own professional work
Delivery is instant — your download link is provided immediately after purchase via email from Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
License and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own professional copywriting and brand strategy work. You may use the prompts and methodology in client work you are personally delivering.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product file with others
- Repackage or republish the product content as your own product
- Share your download link publicly or transfer it to another person
- Use the product to create a competing product or service that substantially reproduces its content
If you would like to share the product with a team or use it in a commercial training context, please contact hello@dreamfoundry.io to discuss licensing options.
Intellectual property
All content in DreamFoundry products — including prompt text, methodology, structure, and design — is the intellectual property of Stahlmann Enterprises LLC. Nothing in your purchase transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
DreamFoundry products are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, time savings, or results from using the product. The prompts and methodology are tools — your results depend on your skill, judgment, and how you apply them.
We do not warrant that the product will be error-free or that it will produce any specific result for any specific user or use case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stahlmann Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
