Short version: We offer a 30-day refund on purchases where the product genuinely didn't deliver value for your work. We ask that you've made a reasonable attempt to use it first. To request a refund, email hello@dreamfoundry.io.
Our policy
DreamFoundry products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because you receive the full product immediately, we ask that refund requests reflect a genuine attempt to use the product — not simply a change of mind after download.
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- You made a reasonable attempt to use the product and it genuinely didn't work for your practice
- There is a technical issue with the product file that prevents you from using it and we are unable to resolve it
- You were charged in error (duplicate purchase, etc.)
What we don't refund
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Requests where the product has been used to complete client work
- Requests based solely on "I changed my mind" without attempting to use the product
- Purchases of future products or updates not yet released
How to request a refund
Email hello@dreamfoundry.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
- A brief description of why the product didn't work for you
We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
